On land of sand and gravel, the chenin is complete. All of our grapes are harvested by hand and no insecticide is used on our vines about thirteen years old.

vinification

The grapes are pressed and then starts an initial alcoholic fermentation in vats which ends directly in the bottle. The foam is natural, no liqueur or sulphur are added.

From the start of your gustatory concert to the grand final, this natural sparkling wine will be in perfect harmony. Very fine, it knows how to dance with all the dishes. Serve at 10°C.
