Whole bunch of grapes in carbonic maceration

"All that men have done of beauty and good,
they built it with their dreams" - Bernard Moitessier

To our dreamer...

In a thirst-quenching wine style, this is an expression of carbonic maceration. This juicy wine is intense on the nose. Beautiful whole grapes, gently vinified and above all, not crushed. Atribute cuvée to Frédéric.

the vineyard

Composed of sand and gravel, this terroir has the particularity of storing heat to return it to the vine when it needs it.
All of our grapes are harvested by hand and no insecticide is used on our vines that are about forty years old.

tasting

Take a flight with this airy red that will give you an explosion of fruit in the mouth. A real treat, its tantalizing cherry notes will make it one of your most faithful companions.

vinification

Vinified with the stalks of the grapes, this wine reveals the singularity of carbonic maceration. This wine is macerated for 10 days in very large and shallow vats. This fruity cuvée is then pressed. The yeasts are indigenous and the wine has 30 mg/L of sulphites in total.

pairing

This red wine is ideal for aperitifs and fruity desserts, such as a strawberry and mint salad. Serve between 14°Cand 16°C. It can be drunk cooler in summer.
