Probably the most elegant of our cuvées, Les Coutures has a full but silky texture, with strong but delicate tannins, fruit and freshness. It's all the finesse of our terroir that is expressed here.

the vineyard

Between gravel, clay and limestone, the terroir of La Taille brings to this cuvée a majestic subtlety. All of our grapes are harvested by hand and no insecticide is used on our vines that are about fifty years old.

vinification

A true hand-crafted wine, this cuvée is macerated in such a way as to give it a full, silky texture, which can support two years aging in demi-muid. This diamond is polished for many years to refine its tannins and to be placed on your table, ready to be tasted.

tasting

Both harmonious and silky, this wine leaves delicate aromas of red and black fruits on the nose. On the palate, the texture is ample with a fine woody touch.

pairing

A gourmet wine, this red is perfect for a roast pork tender loin. Open and decant 1 hour before serving between 14°C and 16°C.
