A blend of the winery's three red grape varieties. Grolleau, Pineau d'Aunis and Cabernet Franc form a well-balanced trio. Its fine bubbles bursting with fruit, spice and character will mesmerize you.

 

the vineyard

Harvested for the first time in 2021, our Pineau d'Aunis grows on white clay terroir. Our Grolleau grows on sand and schist terroirs in Anjou. And our Cabernet Franc is typical of Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil.

 

tasting

Grapefruit pink color. The nose combines fond and tender accents of red fruits close to raspberry and strawberry. On the palate, it's tasty and very salivating because of its spicy notes and fine bubbles. Balanced and fresh.

 

vinification

The bunches are pressed and then the alcoholic fermentation begins in vats at low temperature (15°C), which ends directly in bottles using the ancestral method. The foam intake is natural, no liqueur or sulphur are added. This pet' nat is dry, it contains no residual sugars.

 

pairing

This natural sparkling wine is perfect as an aperitif, or as a dessert with tarte tatin or candied fruit. Serve between 8°C and 10°C.
