A cuvée that we don't reveal every year, the densest and noblest of the estate. Grapes from the most beautiful plots on the hillside, controlled vinification and aging in new barrels tame its power.

the vineyard

The clay-limestone soil and the antiquity of our vines, about sixty years old, allow us to develop this cuvée of high expression. All of our grapes are harvested by hand and no insecticide is used on our vines.

vinification

To make this wine, which is sure to catch your attention, we have aged it for 24 months and fermented it in demi-muids.The vinification is carried out entirely in new barrels. All the yeasts are indigenous.

tasting

Elegant deep red colour. With its balance and finesse, Eclipse n°12 will give you a freshness in the mouth and will surprise you with its finely spiced black fruit notes as well as its strong tannins.

pairing

This wine will line up majestically with a fine piece of beef, game or cheese. Open and decant 1 hour before serving, between 14°C and 16°C.
